 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress, is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents She began her career as a child performer shortly after immigrating to the United States. The appearances she made as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials between 2013 and 2016 - and now in 2020 - have earned her acclaim. In addition to commercial appearances, she also appeared as a regular in the series of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Also, she was regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub, was a Jewish person was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. When she was just two she left together with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. The financial struggles of her family resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit following her sophomore year. She obtained a GED and then went on to earn the Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub was a student of improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
